05:30 – 06:00 AM
Your day starts with having herbal tea. It starts the metabolism that helps you stay fit, lean, and detox your body.
06:00 – 07:30 AM
Once you are done hydrating, the first yoga session of the day begins. Starting with a slow warm-up session, it moves towards a whole-body relaxation routine.
07:45 – 08:45 AM
After relaxing your body with yoga poses, you then practice pranayama and meditation. It ensures you also work on your mind along with your physical dimension for overall wellness.
09:00 – 10:00 AM
In this phase of the day, you have the first meal of your day. You are served a wholesome and complete vegetarian breakfast. The breakfast is nutritious so that your body remains fit and energetic throughout the day.
10:30 – 11:30 AM
You are introduced to yoga anatomy class. Hence, you learn how the different mechanisms of your body work.
