Following a routine can help you to easily plan for the day or upcoming days. Moreover, a schedule can help you have a brief about how your day is going to be. Here’s how your day is going to be when you enroll in a 200 hour yoga teacher training.
Schedule For RYT 200
05:30 – 06:00 AM
Your day starts with having herbal tea. It starts the metabolism that helps you stay fit, lean, and detox your body.
06:00 – 07:30 AM
Once you are done hydrating, the first yoga session of the day begins. Starting with a slow warm-up session, it moves towards a whole-body relaxation routine.
07:45 – 08:45 AM
After relaxing your body with yoga poses, you then practice pranayama and meditation. It ensures you also work on your mind along with your physical dimension for overall wellness.
09:00 – 10:00 AM
In this phase of the day, you have the first meal of your day. You are served a wholesome and complete vegetarian breakfast. The breakfast is nutritious so that your body remains fit and energetic throughout the day.
10:30 – 11:30 AM
You are introduced to yoga anatomy class. Hence, you learn how the different mechanisms of your body work.
11:45 – 12:45 PM
This slot of the day is reserved for yoga mantra/adjustment & alignment. It helps you how to adjust your body while practicing yoga for the least discomfort or pain.
01:00 – 02:00 PM
Vegetarian lunch is served to replenish your drained energy. Make sure you eat slowly to improve your digestion.
02:00 – 03:00 PM
This time of your schedule is to have rest. Or you can contribute this time to do self-study.
03:00 – 04:00 PM
You learn about the significance of yoga philosophy/Ayurveda. Hence, you can implement these teachings in your life for an easy-going and happy life.
04:15 – 07:15 PM
The time slot is dedicated to meditation and Yoga Nidra practice. It ensures you learn to relax your body and have a good quality of sleep.
07:30 – 08:30 PM
Dinner is served. You eat a vegetarian, wholesome, complete, and nutritious diet.
08:30 – 10:00 PM
You get to participate in discussion/meditation sessions to learn where you lack or how to progress faster.
You take off to bed so that you can wake up early feeling fresh and anew.
