300 hour yoga teacher training can be joined by yoga aspirants who have completed their 200 hour YTT and looking to deepen their yoga knowledge with the understanding of advanced yoga tools and techniques. Here are the details of the yoga schedule, you will be following while doing 300 hour yoga teacher training with us.
Having a routine is very essential for progress. Otherwise, you might end up at the same point at which you were on day one of your yoga practice. Thus, having a schedule of 300 hour yoga teacher training course helps you plan your day so that you can record your progress accordingly.
The schedule also helps you have a brief idea about how you are going to spend your day. Some change might come on the way.
Here’s how your day rolls forward when you join a 300 hour yoga teacher training course.
Schedule For RYT 300
05:30 – 06:00 AM
Your day starts with herbal tea. It improves your digestion and activates your metabolism.
06:00 – 07:30 AM
It’s time for the first yoga session of your day. It enhances the free movement of your body for yoga practice throughout the day.
07:45 – 08:45 AM
You practice pranayama and meditation to align your mind with your body. Hence, it is to improve the cycle of your mind.
09:00 – 10:00 AM
It’s time for the first solid meal of the day. You eat a vegetarian breakfast to refill the energy you lost during sleeping.
10:30 – 11:30 AM
Yoga anatomy class to help you understand how the human body functions when it is relaxed or under pressure while practicing yoga.
11:45 – 12:45 PM
You learn how to chant yoga mantras. Further, learning adjustment and alignment techniques help you to safely practice yoga.
01:00 – 02:00 PM
This is time for the second solid meal of your day. You are served vegetarian lunch that is easy to digest so that you don’t feel full.
02:00 – 03:00 PM
Either you can rest or can do self-study.
03:00 – 04:00 PM
You learn yoga philosophy and Ayurveda for a simpler, fulfilling, and wholesome life.
04:15 – 07:15 PM
Practicing meditation and Yoga Nidra to calm your mind and improve the quality of your sleep.
07:30 – 08:30 PM
Dinner is served. You eat a vegetarian and wholesome meal that can be easily digested during the night.
08:30 – 10:00 PM
You can utilize this time for discussion sessions or meditation practice.
10:00 PM
It is time to take off to bed to rise early in the morning.
Note: There could be any change in the schedule of your yoga course from time to time. You will be notified if anything changes.
The 300 hour YTT course schedule mentioned above is for 6 days. On the seventh day, mostly Sunday, we plan day trips or yoga activities for the students. However, these settings are subject to change as per the demand of the course and according to weather conditions.
