A day in RYT 500 begins early in the morning.
06:00 – 07:00 AM
The first yogic practice includes mantra chanting & cleansing. A perfect way to start your day with positivity.
07:15 – 08:45 AM
You get to practice pranayama to fill your body with ‘prana’ energy. Also, you practice yoga poses in an asana class.
08:45 – 09:15 AM
It is the time for the first solid meal of your day. You get to eat a well-balanced vegetarian breakfast.
09:30 – 10:30 AM
You learn yoga philosophy to learn how to live a happy and wholesome life. One of the important time slots of your schedule that affects every phase of your life.
10:30 – 11:30 AM
It is time to practice yoga and learn alignment & adjustment techniques for injury-free yoga practice.
11:45 – 12:15 PM
Time to practice karma yoga.
12:30 – 01:30 PM
It is time for the second meal of your day. Vegetarian lunch is served.
01:30 – 02:30 PM
You get to learn about human body mechanisms in yoga anatomy and physiology class.
02:30 – 03:30 PM
You get time to rest. Further, you can utilize this time to do self-study.
